We get an ticket from a wordpress tooltip plugin user, in his ticket he said he want to love wordpress tooltip plugin, he used wordpress tooltip plugin built many tooltips in his site, and his users love it, now he want to customize pretty tooltip style for his tooltip site, after read our wordpress tooltip plugin features page, he think that’s is what he want exactly, so he want to upgraded to wordpress tooltips pro plugin, that’s really good news! 🙂

Our developer look into this problem, he found it is because we are using the great woocommerce e-commerce plugin, woocommerce will make some default checkout fields for help shop owner and buyer contact each other more easier, and the phone number filed in woocommerce checkout page functions, it is a required filed, we did a search in woocommerce setting options, but we did not find any option to custom the woocommerce checkout filed, finally we find woocommerce have many filters for the woocommerce checkout fileds, that means e-commerce developers can customize these woocommerce checkout page to remove / add woocommerce customer checkout fields, then the problem solve, now if you check our wordpress tooltip product checkout page, you will find the phone number filed is not required, you can ignore the phone number filed, it looks like this:

So users that want to keep their privacy on the internet, can ignore the phone number filed and finish the payment on paypal side 🙂
