Sorry, I am not sure I understand your question, I will try my best to reply you 🙂

After installed wordpress tooltip pro plugin, tooltips will start to works automatically, you do not need write any script or css codes. Also if you want to custom a pretty style for your tooltips, what you need to do is just click a few options to change color, width, background… and so on, you do not need to change css or js files. 🙂
