She mentioned that after implementing the plugin in her WooCommerce site, the WooCommerce directory became a powerful tool for her customers to quickly find their desired products, thus improving shopping efficiency. Previously, users had to navigate through multiple pages in the WooCommerce shop, which often led to frustration and impatience. However, with the WooCommerce directory, users can now easily view product titles, content, prices, and categories, and even select commonly used products through the alphabet navigation bar. Additionally, the product search box allows for quick searches, enabling users to locate their desired products faster. As a result, her user’s purchase conversion rate has significantly increased.
Furthermore, she had a customization request for our WooCommerce Tooltips. While she appreciated the ability to choose from our five predefined beautiful templates and customize the title’s background color and content color through the customization panel, she needed more flexibility. Specifically, she had multiple WooCommerce directories based on different product categories. For example, one directory focused on selling deep sea fish oil, so she wanted to use a light blue background. On the other hand, another directory showcased botanical extract masks, and she preferred a light green background.
Upon exploring the WooCommerce directory customization panel, she discovered that once the background color and content color were defined, they remained the same for all the directory titles. Therefore, she proposed the idea of customizing the background color and content color individually for each WooCommerce directory using shortcodes.

In the latest version of the WordPress Tooltips Pro Plus plugin (version 25.6.8), users can now find the option to customize the background colors for both the WooCommerce directory title and content through shortcode parameters in the WooCommerce directory settings panel. This new feature allows you to define unique background colors for each WooCommerce directory, precisely as our user desired.
