Great Tooltip plugin, very helpful support
There are a Ton of feature in this plugin, and for a week I found it daunting. But now I have a knack of it(Still learning more about it). Currently I have it set to work on every page of my site, just because I think Tooltips are cool. You can customize the look of the tooltips when it pops up. You can customize the background color of it, and tons of customizations.

Yes, you can disable the tooltips for specific posts or pages, When you add / edit a wordpress post / page via wordpress standard editor — in general the URL looks like https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/post-new.php, you will find in the right hand of the wordpress editor, we added a “disable tooltip for this page” metabox, in this metabox, if you checked the “disable tooltips for the page” option, then in this post, we will not show tooltips standard functionality automatically.
This means, if you have a tooltips term “wordpress” and a tooltips content “We all love wordpress”, in general, if your posts have the word “wordpress”, our tooltips plugin will detect it and add tooltips effects, for example dotted line, double line… and so on, then if users mouse over the word ‘wordpress’, tooltips popup window will shown. If you disabled tooltip for this page, although your post have the word “wordpress”, we will not add tooltips effects on this word, and when users mouse hover the word “wordpress”, tooltips content will not popup automatically.
Please note, although tooltips will not works on this page automatically, you can still add tooltips manually via tooltips shortcode “[tooltips]”

I placed ticket they responded same day and had all of the issues resolved so their was no conflict with functions of my website as intended. I use Tooltips plugin. The search field in the header of my website doesn’t expand, so I turned off all plugins and then turned them back on one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem and that turns out to be Tooltips plugin. It does work well when I’m logged in, but of course that doesn’t help my visitors.

It is strange, after checked your site carefully, we found you are using a cache plugin, that plugin moved the all our javascript codes in their owned file, for ensure which plugin caused the conflicts,would> you please try:
1: login wordpress
2: install the backup plugin all in one migrate plugin, do a full backup of your site, so your site will in zero risk — it just need 3 minutes
3: disable other plugins, change to the default wordpress theme, clear the cache in your browser, then restart your browser, do a check of the page
4: If the problem still in here, please tell us, we will help you solve the problem in next step
5: if the problem do not happen in your site, please just enable that cache plugin, then check does the problem happen in your site? If no then activate other plugins one by one, then change the theme to your current theme
6: please tell us which plugin or theme caused the problem 🙂

I have been enjoying your tooltips for many years now. I just saw, that it is now also available for tablepress.
But when I enable the option for tablepress, suddenly only a few tooltips appear. Many other tooltips items are not shown anymore on the page where I use the table. On the other sides, where no tables are used, they are working normally.

In general, this kind of problem is because:
1: the tooltip term is wrapped in a shortcode, please do not insert tooltip keyword in “[” and “]”
2: maybe your content in the table is generate by another 3rd plugin? If your 3rd plugin support wordpress standard the_content API, then it will works well, else we need check more to know does that 3rd plugin have an API or not 🙂
