We just released WordPress Frequently Asked Questions Plugin 2.1.1, changes in this version:

Support WordPress FAQ temeplate and WordPress FAQ Schema

Our WordPress FAQ users told us, their themes have different color schema, a few users ask us, is it possible to change wordpress faq template and wordpress faq schema , Today we are happy to report you, yes, it is possible,since wordpress faq plugin 2.1.1, in wordpress FAQ admin area, you will find new menu “Global Settings”,  in “Global Settings” panel, you will find “Select FAQ Template” option, with “Select FAQ Template” option, you can select different FAQ template and wordpress faq schema, by one click, then in front end, wordpress faq template and schema will be changed automatically, we are try to add more wordpress faq template and wordpress faq schema in new versions, you will see it soon 🙂

This afternoon, we received a user’s ticket, she show us some tooltip code and her icon tooltip css to show how she want to use the icon tooltip, but it not works like wanted, we have re-developed our wordpress tooltip plugin to support wordpress icon tooltip better to show icon tooltip in html, please download wordpress tooltip plugin 11.3.2 asap 🙂

We get a user’s suggestion, he told us, our WordPress Private Password Posts plugin is a great help for his theme and he want more, when he set his wordpress private posts, he want stop guest users to read his private message, but he hope his family and his friend can read his private message, he hope he can tell his friend a few tips of password of this wordpress private password protected posts, for example, “The password is birthday of Jone Doe”… and so on. 🙂

Our developer analyzed the functions of wordpress Private Password Posts, finally he found a method to do this, that’s why WordPress Private Password Posts 1.3.0 be released, changes in WordPress Private Post 1.3.0:

Support custom the wordpress default words of wordpress private post to your own words

You will find the “Private Post” menu in wordpress admin area, in “Private Post Settings” panel, you can change default words in ” Replace default words of private post” option panel.

In front end, the default words “This content is password protected. To view it please enter your password below:” will be changed as you specific words

We just released wordpress tooltip plugin 11.2.8, in this verison, based on wordpress user’s feedback, we updated Proper Shortcode Usage of wordpress shortcode [tooltips], for help new users understand how to use tooltips shortcode more easier.

When tooltip user uses the wrong method to call the wordpress tooltip shortcode [tooltips], we will have an tip to tell users:
it can be used like this:
[tooltips keyword=’wordpress’ content = ‘hello, wp’]
or like this:
[tooltips content = ‘hello, wp’]wordpress[/tooltips]

Support Enable / Disable WordPress Post Tag Tooltips

This afternoon, we received a user’s ticket, in which he asked us:

I don’t want any tooltips on the post’s tags. How can I disable this feature?

Our developer developed a new wordpress tooltip plugin version 11.2.6 to solve this problem, now we support enable / disable tooltips in wordpress post tags. 🙂

In back end, in wordpress tooltips “Optional Settings” Panel, you will find “Enable / Disable Tooltips For Post Tags” option, in which you can Enable or Disable Tooltips for WordPress Post Tags, it looks like this:

If you select “Disable Tooltips for Post Tag”, and click update now button, in front end, out wordpress tooltip plugin will remove tag tooltip effect from all wordpress post tags 🙂

WordPress Tooltip Plugin Support Remove Specific Glossary Terms From Glossary Directory

We received a ticket form a user, he give us an amazing suggestion: allow users remove some tooltip glossary terms from the glossary list, because some of his glossary terms have big woocommerce product promote image but no any words, in this case, the glossary list looks a little messed up,  and he do not want some glossary terms listed in the glossary active directory, based on personal reason.

Yes, we think this is a good feature request, we need give use a option to remove some glossary terms from glossary directory, so we added an option in glossary settings panel, it looks like this:

In the option “Bulk remove terms from glossary directory”, you can bulk remove any glossary terms from glossary list in front end 🙂
