Hey, dear  WordPress Tooltip plugin users. I hope this message finds you are doing well and enjoying a wonderful day with your family! 🙂 We got an ticket from a a new user of wordpress tooltips user, in which he told us, after watching our demo page, he purchased and  installed our wordpress tooltip pro plus plugin, he said that he don’t know how to get started with using our wordpress tooltip plugin.

Over the past few years, as our plugin’s features have continued to grow, from AI tooltips  to video tooltips,  PDF viewer tooltips, woocommerce tooltips,  WordPress gallery tooltips, woocommerce directory… and more, we have indeed noticed that many users have found the abundance of features overwhelming and weren’t sure how to get started with these powerful functionalities. 🙂

We pondered over this issue, and we understand that the crucial first step is when a new user activates the plugin. For newcomers, configuring the plugin may be an entirely new task. Therefore, by providing a settings link on the plugin management panel, new users can easily locate and access the plugin’s configuration options. We checked his site carefully, we found in his wordpress site, there are a plugin set the z-index to -1, so wordpress tooltip window cannot displayed in his wordpress posts.

1: Make sure you are using either wordpress tooltips pro plus plugin or wordpress tooltips pro plugin, as this function did not available in the free version of wordpress tooltip, please check wordpress tooltip download  to download  latest  version of wordpress tooltip pro + plugin

2: Upload the wordpress tooltip plugin (zip file) through plugins panel in your wordpress,  if you are new to  wordpress tooltip, you can watch our  video on how to install wordpress tooltip at:  WordPress Tooltips Video Tutorial 3: How to upload and activate wordpress tooltips pro plugin

3: Log in to your wordpress site as wordpress administrator, go to wordpress dashboard, and navigate to the “Tooltips” menu item, from there, select “Glossary Settings” from the sub-menu. This will open the “Glossary Settings” settings panel, which looks like this:

Image Tooltip: How can I make the tooltip borders fit the image in tooltip window completely without white “space” between the image and border?

I hope this message finds you are doing well and enjoying a wonderful day with your family   An amazing user of wordpress tooltips pro plus  plugin submitted a ticket, in which he said “Quick question, How can I make the tooltip borders fit the card completely without any extra white space between the image and border? In particular, the bottom side of the tooltip I would like to have like the top(so no white space) ”

We have reviewed his screenshot and believe that the issue is due to the tooltip width settings being larger  then image width, As a result, there is white space between the image and the tooltip border. Fortunately, in wordpress tooltip plugin, we can resolve the issue in just one minute. Here’s how:

We checked her website, and to our surprise, we found that she is using artificial intelligence to create comics for educating people on how to cultivate mental health! That’s great!

In recent days, we’ve received several support tickets from WordPress Tooltip users. We’ve noticed that new users often have similar questions. For instance, one user mentioned that they were unsure how to activate the WordPress Tooltip plugin. In response, we provided a comprehensive video tutorial titled ‘WordPress Tooltips Video Tutorial 3: How to upload and activate wordpress tooltips pro plugin,’ which successfully resolved the issue.

However, another user informed us that they were unable to create a tooltip term. We directed them to our detailed video tutorial ‘WordPress Tooltips Video Tutorial 4: How to Create Your First Tooltips In WordPress Tooltips Pro Plugin’ Surprisingly, the user replied, ‘I can’t create a tooltip despite following your videos.
