2: upload and install the wordpress smart content links with tooltips version 1.8.0

3: in wordpress dashboard, click smart content link menu item and then click global settings  sub menu item, it looks like this:

Two days before, we reported to wordpress tooltip users that we have developed a new wordpress plugin — smart content links, based on an user’s feature request.
