WordPress Tooltip Plugin 14.5.0 — Customize the Speed of the Fading Effect of Tooltip Opacity

Hey Users of WordPress Tooltip Plugin! Hope this message find you are doing well and having happy days with your family, our developer just finished a new WordPress Tooltip plugin version 14.5.0, in which we added a new option to allow admins to customize the speed of the fading effect of wordpress tooltip opacity 🙂

We got an amazing wordpress tooltip user’s ticket, in which he told us:

every tooltip when showing it use function Jquery function fadeTo, so it has fade-in effect. I want show tooltips instantly, so opacity 0 to 1, no fading

We was miss-understand the user’s feature request, after checked his site, we found what he meant is, when tooltip users mouse hover an tooltip keyword in his wordpress posts, the tooltip pop-up box will display a opacity effect in about 200ms, he don’t like it, he hope he can display the tooltip content box instantly 🙂

Because this feature is requested by a few others wordpress tooltip users in many years before, we think remove the effect is not a good choice, so our developer decide to add a new option in wordpress tooltip style settings panel, to allow wordpress tooltip admins custom the speed value of tooltip opacity, that’s why we developed wordpress tooltip plugin 14.5.0, after upgrade to the wordpress tooltip plugin 14.5.0, in wordpress tooltip style settings panel, it looks like this:

You will find at the bottom of the wordpress tooltip style settings panel, there are new option “Fade Speed of Tooltip Opacity”, in which you can enter the value of speed of the tooltip opacity effect, for example, 200, or 0, or even 2000… and so on 🙂
