That’s why our wordpress tooltip developer developed a new version: wordpress tooltips pro plugin 15.6.2, once you upgrade to the wordpress tooltip 15.6.2 🙂
How to switch off case sensitivity?
1: login wordpress tooltips plugin site.
2: click my account menu in the top menu bar, please download newset wordrpess tooltips pro and tooltips pro plus version 15.6.2, it is a wordpress zip file
3: after downloaded wordpress tooltips zip file, login your wordpress as admin
4: in wordpress dashboard, please click plugins menu item
5: then deactivate old version of wordpress tooltips pro plugin, then please ensure click the “delete” link to remove the old version of wordpress tooltips pro plus plugin
6: upload the latest version of wordpress tooltips pro plugin zip file, it is tooltips-pro-15.6.2.zip, then please remember to activate new tooltips pro plugin in your wordpress plugin panel
7: after installed new tooltips pro plugin, please click “tooltips” menu in wordpress dashboard, then please click “Optional Settings” sub menu item
8: then you will open tooltips “Optional Settings” Panel, you will find “Enable Tooltips Case Sensitive” option, in which you can Enable or Disable Tooltips Case Sensitive, we make a screenshot for you at below:

9: if you need turn off case sensitive for tooltip terms, please select “disable tooltips case sensitive”
10: in front end of wordpress page , you will find your tooltip terms, for example wordpress and WordPress, will have the same content in tooltip popup box
11: if you need turn on case sensitive for tooltip terms, please select “enable tooltips case sensitive”, then in front end, you will find wordpress and WordPress will have different tooltip terms 🙂
By the way, it is recommend to enable tooltips case sensitive 🙂
