In recent days, we’ve received several support tickets from WordPress Tooltip users. We’ve noticed that new users often have similar questions. For instance, one user mentioned that they were unsure how to activate the WordPress Tooltip plugin. In response, we provided a comprehensive video tutorial titled ‘WordPress Tooltips Video Tutorial 3: How to upload and activate wordpress tooltips pro plugin,’ which successfully resolved the issue.
However, another user informed us that they were unable to create a tooltip term. We directed them to our detailed video tutorial ‘WordPress Tooltips Video Tutorial 4: How to Create Your First Tooltips In WordPress Tooltips Pro Plugin’ Surprisingly, the user replied, ‘I can’t create a tooltip despite following your videos. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn’t help. I hope your professional assistance can resolve my issues.’ Upon checking their URL, we discovered that they had indeed created the tooltip term correctly. Their question pertained to enabling a specific option in the WordPress Tooltip settings panel. This experience led us to consider the need for more detailed tips and related documentation links for new WordPress Tooltip users to make using tooltips easier.
Furthermore, we received an excellent review from a tooltip user who gave us a 5.0 rating. In their review, they mentioned, ‘There are more options I don’t understand how to use,’ among other things. Consequently, we’ve decided to create detailed documentation for each of the WordPress Tooltip options. We’ll include the document title with a link under each WordPress Tooltip option to provide you with better guidance.
That’s why we released wordpress tooltips pro plus 23.9.8, wordpress tooltips pro 17.7.6 and wordpress tooltips free plugin 9.0.3. In this version, we re-developed our setting panel core functions to support add a document title with document link under wordpress tooltip options, and we will write many detailed document with videos for each tooltip option, today we just added the first document link for one option, it looks like this:

As you can observe, at the bottom of the optional settings panel, we’ve included a document with a link. We plan to continuously expand our collection of documents for our users, so you can expect to see more of them very soon
