New version: wordpress tooltips pro plus 34.3.8 and tooltips pro 20.6.4 , the issue of function name conflict between the wordpress tooltips pro version and the free version has been resolved
Greetings, valued users of the WordPress Tooltips plugin. I hope this message finds you well and enjoying meaningful moments with your family. We received a ticket from a new WordPress Tooltips user who reported a fatal error:
Purchased a while back. Moving to a new hosting. Pro plugin won’t activate; triggering a fatal error. I uninstalled, downloaded pro reinstalled, still no soap.
Our wordpress tooltips plugin support replied:
Hi,
I hope you are doing well and having happy days with your family 🙂
Thanks for the message. 🙂
We are very happy to help you 🙂
Sorry this is the first time we heard this kind of issue, would you please give us a little more details to tell us the “fatal error”? Screenshot or text?
If you are using CPanel, you can find error.log in your CPanel, if you are using LAMP, then you can find error.log at /var/log/apache2, would you please share the error.log with us, so we can find reason and resolve the issue for you? 🙂
Thanks, have a blessed day with your family 🙂
Best Regards,
WordPress tooltips plugin support team
The wordpress tooltip user replied:
The fatal error happens when I try to activate the pro plugin
and
“I fixed it, read your setup instructions. All I had to do was disable the free version and activate the pro version”
Our wordpress tooltips plugin developer reviewed his ticket, and we tested it on our server, we re-deveoped new version: wordpress tooltips pro plus 34.3.8 and tooltips pro 20.6.4 to resolve the issue 🙂
