We just released WordPress tooltips tooltips pro 30.7.8 to fixed a bug in generating tooltips using static JS codes, based on an amazing wordpress tooltip users’ bug report:

Hi,

When I install wordpress tooltip plugin on my sites, it shows “1” in the wordpress footer

Our wordpress tooltip plugin developers stayed up all night reading through all of our code, and finally we discovered that a bug occurs when regenerating the static WordPress tooltip JavaScript code under certain settings.

Now you can solve the problem by this way:

1: If you are user of wordpress tooltips pro plus plugin, please login tooltips.org and click wordpress tooltip download  to download latest version of wordpress tooltip pro plus plugin which version >= 30.7.8

2: login  wordpress as admin and click “plugins” menu, deactivate the current version of wordpress tooltips plugin, then delete it in  plugins panel.

3: upload the new version of wordpress tooltip plugin (zip file) in plugins panel and activate it,  if you are new user of wordpress tooltip plugin, please check our  video of how to install wordpress tooltip at:  WordPress Tooltips Video Tutorial 3: How to upload and activate wordpress tooltips pro plugin

4: In WordPress dashboard, navigate to the From there, click on the “Tooltips” menu item, followed by the “Reset Tooltips” sub-menu item, the tooltip menu looks like this:

5: then you will open the “Reset Tooltips” setting panel, it looks like this:

6: In the Reset Tooltips panel, please click “Regenerate Tooltips” button, then all things will works well 🙂

Wenn ich den vorinstallierten Tooltip-Stil Green verwenden möchte, blinkt er nur, wenn ich mit der Maus darüber fahre. Was muss ich tun, damit der Tooltip sichtbar bleibt und erst verschwindet, wenn die Maus den Tooltipbereich verlässt?

Ist es möglich, die Feldbreite für den vorinstallierten Tooltip-Stil zu ändern?

Es tut uns leid, von dem Problem zu hören. Die Standardeinstellungen des vorinstallierten Stils folgen den Standardgewohnheiten der Menschen. Es ist jedoch sehr einfach, den Tooltip-Stil über ein paar Klicks im Tooltip-Stil-Einstellungsfenster anzupassen. Könnten Sie bitte folgendes tun:
1: Wenn Sie Benutzer des WordPress-Tooltip-Pro-Plus-Plugins sind, melden Sie sich bitte bei tooltips.org an und klicken Sie auf “WordPress-Tooltip herunterladen”, um die neueste Version des WordPress-Tooltip-Pro-Plus-Plugins herunterzuladen.
2: Melden Sie sich auf Ihrer WordPress-Website als Administrator an und klicken Sie auf das Menü “Plugins”. Deaktivieren Sie die aktuelle Version des WordPress-Tooltip-Plugins und löschen Sie es im Plugin-Panel.
3: Laden Sie die neue Version des WordPress-Tooltip-Plugins (ZIP-Datei) im Plugin-Panel hoch und aktivieren Sie es. Wenn Sie ein neuer Benutzer des WordPress-Tooltip-Plugins sind, schauen Sie sich bitte unser Video an, wie man WordPress-Tooltip installiert: WordPress-Tooltip-Video-Tutorial 3: Wie man WordPress-Tooltip hochlädt und aktiviert.

6: In dem Einstellungsfenster für die WordPress-Tooltip-Stile finden Sie die Option “Tooltip-Box-Breite”. Bitte geben Sie etwa 400px in das Feld für die Tooltip-Box-Breite ein. Dadurch können Sie die Box-Breite für den vorinstallierten Tooltip-Stil ändern.

7: Zudem im Einstellungsfenster für die WordPress-Tooltip-Stile, suchen Sie nach der Option “Tooltip ausblenden”. Wählen Sie hier die Option “Einige Zeit geöffnet bleiben”. Diese Option löst das Problem, dass der Tooltip beim Überfahren mit der Maus sichtbar bleibt und sich versteckt, wenn die Maus den Bereich verlässt.

1: update to the latest version of wordpress tooltips pro plus version

2: login your wordpress dashboard as wordpress admin

3: click “tooltips” menu item, then click “addons” sub menu item to open “wordpress tooltips addon settings panel”, the menu item looks like this:

4: in wordpress tooltips addon settings panel, you will find there are 19 wordpress tooltips addons, please enable “Tooltips for WooCommerce Product” addon and click “Update Now”  button,  it looks like this:

5: Then please click wordpress tooltips menu again, you will find the new tooltip menu item: “woo tooltips”, it looks like this:

6: Please click woo tooltips menu item and then you will open “Advanced WooCommerce Tooltips Addon Settings” panel, it looks like this:

7: Please enable all woocomemrce tooltips options and click “submit” blue button

8: please check your woocommerce product page, when you mouse hover the tooltip keyword in your woocommerce product tab, you should find tooltip window pop-up with tooltip content. If tooltips still not work, please deactivate your cache plugin and clear the cache in browser, and then you will find woocommerce tooltips works well in woocommerce product page, then you can activate cache plugin again 🙂
