We get a ticket about languge from an amazing user, we think may be there are more users have the similar question, we’d like reply in here publicly 🙂
With wordpress tooltip plugin, we have glossary page, also you can use our wordpress glossary shortcode to custom your own glossary language, in these wordpress glossary page, we listed all glossary of terms, in general, tooltip authors will make glossary terms with their own language, but wordpress tooltip glossary labels is generated by our wordpress glossary plugin, some users hope change these wordpress tooltip glossary labels with their own language too 🙂 In wordpress tooltip plugin, we support wordpress multiple languages, we have a tooltip glossary language addon, in which you can custom languages for your wordpress glossary a-z navigation words, glossary 1-9 navigation numbers, glossary bread crumbs, wordpress glossary category, or more words like “More Details” in wordpress tooltip pop-up box… and so on, these language changes will works well in all our wordpress glossary templates in our wordpress glossary plugin. 🙂
How to Custom Languages for Your WordPress Tooltips and WordPress Glossary?
1: If you didn’t installed wordpress tooltip, please login your account at wordpress glossary tooltip plugin site, if you have installed wordpress tooltip plugin, please jump to step #10 directly 🙂
2: Download wordpress glossary tooltip plugin at “My account” page
3: Login wordpress admin area
4: Click “Plugins” menu item
5: Deactivated old tooltips version
6: Delete the old wordpress tooltip plugin
7: In “Plugins” menu item, click add new at the top of the plugins panel
8: Upload the tooltips plugin zip file which you downloaded from wordpress glossary plugin site
9: Activate latest version of wordpress tooltip glossary plugin
10: Click “Tooltips” menu item
11: Click “Addons” sub menu item, you will open “WordPress Tooltip Addons” panel, it looks like this:
12: In “WordPress Tooltip Addons” panel, you will find “Enable/Disable Tooltips Language Customization Addon” Panel, please just select “Enable Tooltips Language Customization Addon” option and click “Update Now” button to enable “Languages” addon, and please refresh the page.
13 Then you will find “Languages” sub menu item under “Tooltips” menu item, please click “Languages” sub menu item
14 Now you will open “Custom Language of Tooltip and Glossary Panel”, it looks like this:

15 You can custom any words with your own language in here, please don’t forget to click “Submit” buttons 🙂
16 If you are custom glossary languages, you need enable custom language in glossary settings panel, you can do it by this way:
17 Click “Glossary Settings” sub menu item under “Tooltips” menu item, you will open “Glossary Setitngs” panel,
18 In “Glossary Settings” panel, you will find our wordpress language selector: “Glossary Customize Language” options panel, it looks like this:

19 Please select “Custom My Language” optin in “Language” option box, and then click “Save Changes” blue button at the bottom of the glossary settings panel
20 In front end, in your wordpress glossary page, all words you customized in our wordpress language plugin will be changed as your own language
