Can use [tooltip_by_id tooltip_id='0000'] in the alt field of an image to automatically call the tooltip id every time that image is placed into the website?

But:

the tooltip content just include text, the image alt tooltip works, but if we insert video in the tooltip content, it cannot works in the image alt, because HTML conflicts, we still need a lot of work to do yet, we are not sure can we help admin display another image or video via the “alt” attr in the image, we will continue try to do this. I believe there are many problem in this function, I guess it is hard to over the limitation of HTML… so we cannot say we finished this work.

and we reported that we are try our best to find a solution to allow display another image and more kinds of multimedia content in tooltip  window via image ALT filed, when users hover an image. Today we are happy to report you, we realize it , after lost sleep of the whole night, our wordpress tooltip developer find a solution and realized this amazing feature request already, we understand this means, many wordpress photo gallery users can insert wordpress tooltip shortcodes in their ALT field, and when users mouse hover their images in image glossary, users will see pretty text / images / videos / audios / maps / QRcodes ….etc on a pop-up tooltip window, this will help wordpress photo gallery user extend their image functionality to let their images have sound and video and animation capabilities…etc. Please, we just tested in a few kinds of image and image gallery, we do not promise this function will works well for all photo gallery program.

When mouse hover an image, how to display images and multimedia content via image ALT field?

1: download wordpress tooltips pro plus 20.9.8 via wordpress tooltip plugin download panel

2: install wordpress tooltips pro + on your wordpress site

3: click tooltips menu item and then click global settings sub menu item

4: in wordpress tooltips global settings panel, enable the option ” Enable Tooltips for Image”, it looks like this:

5: in wordpress tooltips global settings panel, in the option “Tooltips for Image setting”, select “setting tooltip for image running as support next-gen gallery”

6:  then in your wordpress editor,  you can insert tooltip shortcodes into image ALT field of images in your image like this:

As you can see, in the ALT field, just insert tooltip shortcode [tt_content_by_id tooltip_id='306'], and then in the front-end, you will see the result like this:

As you can see, when mouse hover the image, we displayed another image with formatted HTML content with links in the wordpress tooltip pop-up window 🙂

What the next work about ALT tooltip shortcode function ?

1: We will add this function to other wordpress image tooltip functions, include image alt tooltip,  image rel tooltip…etc

2: We will build a demo for the function with detailed document to help wordpress webmaster to use this function more easier

3: We will add detailed document in wordpress tooltip shortcode document
