Improved video tooltip functionality

I have finished wordpress tooltips plugin 8.1.8, in this version, based on users requested, I have improved video tooltip functionality:
For youtube video tooltip, you can custom height and width for your youtube video, just open tooltips editor,  in tooltips editor youtube metabox, under the youtube video, you will find youtube video height input box and youtube video width input box, just enter your width / height of your youtube video, in tooltip popup box, youtube video widht and height will be chaged as your settings in youtube video metabox. Also you can input your local video url or remote video url in “Video URL” field in “insert video into tooltip” meta box, wordpress tooltip plugin will generate a pretty html video player to play your loca / remove video automatically, and you can custom height and width too.

Also we customized specify effect for Youtube Video to make it using more smooth on user side
