4: With “Add New” sub menu item, you create new woocommerce product tabs in product tabs WYSWYG editor, just like wordpress standard WYSWYG editor, it looks like this:

5: When you edit woocommerce products, please click “product tabs” link in product meta box, then select product tabs from product tab list.
