I followed the directions and it kinda solved the problem but there are still some issues i’ve noticed with the plugin.

Here are the issues I’m still having:
1. on the bottom of the gif there is a white boarder and light blue triangle. I do not want these
2. The solid line is not showing up under the text – nor is any of the Tooltips Underline Style
3. The color of the text is not applying to the link

Then the user downloaded the upgraded to the new version of wordpress tooltips pro plugin, and the problem is solved, then the users wrote to us:

I was able to remove the black box under the gif the loads with help from the theme developer.

The only thing now I’m having trouble some of the styles including underline, font family, and color. As well as where the gif loads.

Then our developer do a check, and we found these problems is caused by codes of that child-theme yet, our wordpress tooltip developer tried to solve the conflicts on our plugin side:

The problem is not caused by our plugin wordpress tooltips, the reason is in your site, there are codes which break tooltip css codes, on our site, all things works well.., our developer checked your site codes and find the reason and finally we found a solution that can be done in our tooltip codes, so our developer developed a new version for you, if you upgrade to the tooltips 15.2.6, you will find that after updated underline options, all things in front end will works well 🙂

I added the new plugin and the underline works but the color and font family are still not applying.

Fine, our developer checked their customized enfold child-theme carefully, then we find the conflicts and we released a new version for the user — although we found the conflicts is not only existed in our plugin side, it is existed by other plugins too…, in the new version, we changed codes of wordpress tooltip title color option, toolstips term color in post option, font family of wordpress tooltip content option, font family of wordpress title content option… and so on, on our side we tested in his child theme , and we ensure all things works well in that enfold child theme, that’s why we released wordpress tooltips pro 15.3.0, please upgrade to the latest version of wordpress tooltips pro plus plugin asap you can 🙂
