Is it possible to auto fit the display box to tooltips content?  And get rid of the extra space?

In general, when wordpress tooltips editor using customized style, there are an option “Tooltip box width”, this option decided the tooltip box width, and if wordpress tooltip admin select the preset templates in the tooltip style settings panel, for example, light, blue… and so on,then tooltip box width will auto-fit the tooltip content, the wordpress tooltip style settings panel looks like this:

So with our old method tooltip style custom mode, we just support enter the width value to customize the tooltip width, after read the  amazing wordpress tooltip user’s message, our tooltip developer think  the user supported a great feedback, yes, wordpress tooltip plugin should allow wordpress tooltip editor to opt to auto fit the tooltip box width with tooltip content — in wordpress tooltip customized style model , so our tooltip developer developed wordpress tooltips pro version 14.8.2 to support it  🙂

After upgraded to the wordpress tooltip pro version 14.8.2, you will find in the wordpress tooltip box width field, you can enter the width value or the word “auto” in this field, if you enter the width value, then all tooltip box will have the same width with your customized box width value, if you enter “auto”, then tooltip box will auto match the tooltip content, that means, if you just enter 2 words in tooltip content area, then wordpress tooltip pop-up window will not display the tooltip box with the width 400px, it will just display about 100px to auto-match the length of the tooltip content, and get rid of the extra space in the tooltip pop-up box 🙂

How to Auto Match the Display Box Width to WordPress Tooltips Content Length?

1 login your wordpress site as wordpress admin

2 click tooltips menu item

3 click tooltip style sub menu item

4 then you will open the tooltip box customize settings panel

5 please enter the word “auto” in the tooltip box width field

6 click the blue “save changes” button at the bottom of the wordpress tooltip style customized panel

7 then in the front end of your wordpress site, you will find the tooltip box width will auto-match the length of your wordpress tooltip words
