Allow the prohibition of specific wordpress tooltip terms from appearing in search engine results, wordpress tooltips pro plus 26.4.8 released

Hi, Dear users of  WordPress Tooltip plugin, hope this message find you are doing well and having happy days with your family  🙂

Recently, some WordPress education bloggers have provided us with valuable feedback. Firstly, a webmaster who uses WordPress to build an online academy expressed a desire to allow his WordPress School Management System courses to be quickly cloned into WordPress tooltips. We implemented this feature, but he then suggested that the content of some courses created by WordPress LMS plugins is too lengthy to be fully displayed in the pop-up window of WordPress tooltips. To avoid having students scroll for a long time within the tooltip window, he hoped that WordPress tooltips plugin could automatically generate summaries for the content of these courses created by WordPress LMS plugins and use them as the tooltip content. We also implemented this feature, we released wordpress tooltips pro plus 26.1.8 and 26.2.8. 🙂

Then, another webmaster who teaches French using WordPress requested a one-click cloning feature for LearnPress-created courses, including words, pronunciation, and vocabulary, so that they could all appear in the WordPress glossary. We fulfilled this request as well, we released wordpress tooltips pro plugin 26.3.8. 🙂

Additionally, the webmaster who runs the online academy with WordPress found that the cloned posts from the WordPress School Management System courses were appearing in search engine results. His SEO expert advised reducing duplicate content, so he hoped that we could provide a solution – a one-click option to determine whether the tooltip content should appear in search engine listings. 🙂

Our wordpress tooltips plugin developer said this is a great feedback, because this function can improve SEO Effectiveness of a wordpress Website — some pages or content may not be desired to be displayed in search engine listings, possibly due to sensitive information, paid content, internal information, or requiring specific authorization for access. By adding an option in the tooltip plugin, allowing users to decide whether to include these tooltip content in search engine listings, better control over the website’s display in search results can be achieved. Our WordPress tooltip developer worked overnight and successfully implemented this feature. We released wordpress tooltips pro plus plugin 26.4.8 🙂

Conclusion:

Since wordpress tooltips pro plus plugin version 26.4.8, you can prohibit specific tooltip content from appearing in search engine listings:

1. Avoid duplicate content affecting SEO ranking: Because the WordPress tooltip plugin supports copying content from any custom post type as the content of the WordPress tooltip with a single click, some site owners may wish to prevent these cloned tooltip posts from appearing in search engines.
2. Improve website SEO performance: Certain pages or content may not be desired to appear in search engine listings, possibly because they contain sensitive information, paid content, internal information, or require specific authorization to access. By adding an option in the tooltip plugin that allows users to decide whether or not to display these tooltip contents in search engine listings, better control over the website’s display in search results can be achieved.
3. Protect user privacy: Some content may involve personal user information or other sensitive information, and site owners may want to allow users to decide whether or not to display this content in search engine listings to protect user privacy.
4. Provide flexible content management: By adding this option, site owners can flexibly decide whether or not to display tooltip content in search engine listings based on different pages or content, enabling better management of website content display.
In conclusion, such a requirement can enhance website SEO performance, protect user privacy, and provide flexible content management options.
