Recently, we received a user’s ticket in which they mentioned discovering a function called “display glossary category name in glossary list” in the WordPress glossary settings panel. While they found this feature useful, they also suggested that it would be even better to have an option in the wordpress glossary settings panel that allows the admin to link the category URL directly from the category name.

1: Download latest wordpress tooltips glossary pro plus plugin via my download
2: Install and activate the wordpress tooltip plugin in your wordpress site
3: In wordpress dashboard, please click tooltips menu item
4: Then please click “Glossary settings” sub menu item
5: Now you will open “Glossary settings” panel, please locate the option “Display Glossary Category Name in Glossary List?” and enable it to display the category name under the glossary terms in glossary list

6: Then please locate “Glossary Category Linking” option in glossary settings panel, and enable this option
7: On the front end, you will find there are category name with the category link under each glossary term in the the glossary list
