13: Please just enter your css class or css id, which you hope adding a tooltip effects in the ” Tooltip For Forms ” input box, if you do not know how to find CSS Class or CSS Id for component in wordpress, please read How to find a css Class or css ID of component in wordpress page?

15: In front end, if you open the page which have the css class or css ID, when you mouse hover the class element,  you will find the tooltip content pop-up in tooltip window
