Why I develop the Realtime WordPress Monitor plugin?
Because a wordpress tooltip user told me his site is very slow, so I decide find a Realtime WordPress Monitor plugin to help he understand information of server performance better, but after test a few montitor plugin, I found I had to refresh the page again and again — this kind of behavior will waste CPU and Memory and the time of admin, so I decide to write a realtime wordpress montitor plugin,as a wordpress admin, what you need to do is just “See” the value of CPU load, Memory usage, Disk usage, Database size..etc, nothing else need to do, it looks like this:
By default, Realtime WordPress Monitor plugin will capture and display server performance metrics every 10 seconds, but you can change “Server Check Interval” option in “Realtime WordPress Monitor Settings” panel, it looks like this:
then in wordpress dashboard, You will find “Real Time Server Monitor” widget, in here you can detect real-time changes in server performance metrics

A Realtime WordPress Monitor can be a very useful tool for a WordPress site admin to ensure that their site is running smoothly and efficiently, and to quickly identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
Some of the specific benefits of monitoring metrics like CPU load, memory usage, disk usage, and database size include:
Performance optimization: By monitoring these metrics in real-time, the admin can identify potential performance bottlenecks and take corrective actions to optimize their site’s speed and efficiency.
Capacity planning: By understanding how much CPU, memory, and disk space their site requires on a regular basis, the admin can plan for future growth and scale their infrastructure accordingly.
Security: Monitoring for unusual spikes or anomalies in resource usage can help an admin detect potential security threats like hacking attempts or DDoS attacks.
