If the permalink structure of the website ishttps://mywebsite.com/blog/%postname%/“ is it possible to change only the url of the tooltip pages from „https://mywebsite.com/blog/glossary/%tooltip%/“ to
„https://mywebsite.com/glossary/%tooltip%/“ in the tooltip configuration or do I have to write a rewrite rule ?

How to manually customize the glossary slug in wordpress tooltips plugin?
1 If you are a customer of the WordPress Tooltips Pro Plus plugin, please log in to tooltips.org and select “WordPress Tooltip Download” to access the latest version of the plugin.
2. Next, log in to your WordPress dashboard. In the dashboard, click on the ‘Plugins’ menu to deactivate the current version of the WordPress Tooltips plugin. Once deactivated, click the ‘Delete’ link in the plugins panel to remove it.
3. Upload the latest version of the WordPress Tooltips Pro Plus plugin (version 32.6.8 or later). After a successful installation, activate the Tooltips Pro Plus plugin. 4. In the WordPress dashboard, navigate to the ‘Tooltips’ menu item, then select the ‘Glossary Settings’ sub-menu. The WordPress Tooltips menu appears as follows:

5. After completing the previous steps, you will have access to the WordPress Tooltip Glossary Settings panel. The appearance of this panel in WordPress Tooltips Pro Plus is as follows:

Please note that there is a black bar created by the screenshot software in the WordPress tooltips glossary settings panel. This black bar does not appear in the actual settings panel.
6. In the WordPress Glossary Settings panel, you will find the option ‘Manually Set Glossary Slug.’ Here, you can enter your desired slug for the glossary, for example: blog/glossary.
7: Then, in the front-end, you will see that the glossary term has changed from ‘yourdomain.com/glossary/apple’ to ‘yourdomain.com/blog/glossary/apple’
