1: Login your wordpress site as admin
2: In wordpress dashboard, click “Tooltips” menu item
3: Click “Tooltip Style” sub menu item
4: You will open wordpress tooltip style settings panel, please make a screenshot of your settings, in general, the screenshot should looks like this:

5: click “Global Settings” panel, and make a screenshot, it looks like this:

6: then click “Optional Settings” sub menu item, then make a screenshot too, it should looks like this:

7: write to our support, or just click “Submit Ticket” menu item in top menu bar in our wordpress tooltip plugin site, we will tell you how to share the screenshots with us.
8: with steps #1 to #7, you can make screenshot of wordpress tooltip plugin easly, then may be wordpress tooltip support will request export tooltip terms with us, so we can import your tooltip terms in our site and do a check for you, to ensure what’s the reason that caused the problrm
9: click “Export Tooltips” sub menu item, it looks like this:

10: As you can see, there are “Export” button in the settings panel, just click the export button, and you can download wordpress tooltip terms as a csv file which named export.csv file, in this wordpress tooltip csv file, we will export all wordpress tooltip terms and wordpress tooltip content in this csv file, just write to our wordperss tooltip support, we will tell you how to share this tooltip export csv file with us 🙂
Please note:
#1 In EXPORT.csv, there are two fields, “tooltips term” and “tooltips content”, title of tooltips will be exported as “tooltips term”, and content of tooltips will be exported as “tooltips content”.
#2 We just export tooltips term and tooltips content automatically, related settings of tooltips will not be exported
So basically, what you need to do is just a few mouse click, and share these screenshot or csv file with us, on our side, once we received your wordpress tooltip screenshot or wordpress tooltip csv file, we will build a development platform to copy your settings and import your tooltip terms to re-play problems on your side 🙂
In general, we found many of these problems is not caused by wordpress tooltip plugin 🙂
