1: login wordpress tooltip site download and install wordpress tooltips pro plus 22.3.8 or tooltips pro 16.9.2 n or just update to wordpress tooltips free 8.7.5
2: login as wordpress admin and then click tooltips menu in wordpress admin area and click optional settings panel(global settings panel if you using free version), it looks like this:

As you can see, at the bottom of the optional settings panel, there are new option “Enable / Disable tooltip for maxbutton”, if you enable tooltips fox maxbuttons , then on front end, it looks like this:
As you can see, when mouse hover the button, a window popup with the product image and purchase button, or if you like, you can add a video on buttons to tell users what will happen when clicked submit button…etc
If you disable tooltips for maxbuttons, then wordpress tooltip plugin will not add tooltip on buttons 🙂
