How to avoid issue of “Custom style don’t work on my site” issue in wordpress tooltip plugin?

I baught today the pro version of wordpress tooltips plugin

I’m glad to be able to change the style, but the custom choice don’t work.

We are very happy to help you, would you please:

• Log in to the WordPress admin area.
• Click on the “Tooltips” menu item.
• Select the “Tooltip Style” sub-menu item. You will then be directed to the “Tooltip Style” panel, it looks like this:

• In here you can adjust properties such as tooltip font color, font size, background color, tooltip underline, Tooltip Box Width, WordPressTooltip Box Position,WordPress Tooltip Text Align,WordPress Tooltip Border Radius, WordPress Tooltip Border Width… and more
• If you are new user of wordpress tooltips plugin, please check our detailed video tutorial at: WordPress Tooltips Video Tutorial 6: custom tooltip box color, font, underline, Shadow… and more Essentially, you have the freedom to customize every aspect of the WordPress tooltip 🙂
• If you wish to create a unique and visually appealing tooltip template for each WordPress tooltip term, the process is simple. PLease click on the “Add New” sub-menu item under the Tooltip menu.
• You will have the option to customize a unique style for each tooltip through the “Custom Unique Style for This Tooltip” metabox located at the bottom of the tooltip editor, as depicted below: Unique Pretty Style for Each Tooltip Term After customizing the tooltip style for the specific term, utilize the shortcode “tooltip_by_id” to display it on the front end. By following these steps, you can personalize the style of each tooltip shortcode, including the WordPress tooltip title, box width, font color, background, padding, position, radius, border, popup animation, and more.
