I understand you just want to enable tooltip effects in one specific page and disable tooltip effect on other wordpress pages 🙂

If you are using wordpress tooltip free version, you can use tooltip shortcode to build your wordpress tooltip in the specific page, would you please do a check at our detailed step by ste document “How to use wordpress tooltip shortcode [tooltips] to add tooltips manually?” at https://tooltips.org/how-to-use-wordpress-tooltip-shortcode-tooltips-to-add-tooltips-manually/ ?

If you are using wordpress tooltip pro plugin, then you can find an option “buil disable tooltips in post by post id” in wordpress tooltip optional settings page 🙂

We will think about add a new option in tooltips pro plus version to allow wordpress just allow wordpress tooltip effects works in the content of few specific wordpress post in future version 🙂

1: In the top-right of the wordpress tooltip plugin site tooltips.org, you will find the login link and sign up plugin, please just click the “Log in” to login your account on tooltips.org

2: After login wordpress tooltips plugin site, at the top menu bar, you will find there are “Download” Menu item, please just click “Download” Menu item, then you will open “My Account” page, in here you can manage your account in wordpress tooltips plugin site, check your orders history in tooltips.org, change your information for example address, or download the wordpress plugin products in wordpress tooltip plugin site… and so on.

3: In “My Account” page, please just click the “Downloads” link in the navigation bar which in the left hand of the “My Account” page, then you will find product links, just click product link, then you will start download the free wordpress plugins or paid products in wordpress tooltip site, it should be a “.zip” file

4: Download your .zip wordpress plugin files, and upload it to your wordpress site and activate these plugins

That’s all 🙂

Sir, tt is really a “normal” plugin 🙂 We purchased many other pro plugins and pro themes to build our sites too, we need login their site or market to download their pro plugin and pro theme and then upload to our site manually too 🙂
