to prevent any potential unexpected situations and accurately reproduce possible issues, we installed a new wordpress site and installed wordpress tooltips pro plus plugin 22.3.8, then we got a new OpenAI account to check are there any problem, after a few times test, we found all things works well always. We create a few screenshots:

1: in AI tooltips menu item, we tried to generated wordpress content from OpenAI ChatGPT automatically:

You can see we have generated a new wordpress tooltip via OpenAI Chatgpt automatically

And in wordpress tooltip editor, we found the new wordpress tooltip that generated via OpenAI chatgpt

we did not use current site, we did not use existed OpenAI API key, and all things still works well. We asked another webmaster, he said AI tooltip works well in his site too

We did a few research, and we found some suggestion:

1: In some cases, OpenAI may restrict access to its API, which could be due to abnormal behavior with your API key or excessive request frequency.

2: It is also possible that your host IP has been blocked by OpenAI, this may because another site using the same IP and when their engage in behavior that violates OpenAI’s API usage policies, is unwanted, or malicious, resulting in your IP address being listed on a blacklist by OpenAI

3: Some countries maybe block OpenAI URLs

In this case, you will need to contact OpenAI’s support team to resolve the issue

4: The API key is not correctly

It is easy, just insert tooltip term in your woocommerce product short description, then wordpress tooltips pro plugin will detect it and add tooltip effect on tooltip terms in product short description automatically 🙂

We diwnloaded LeardPress and installed it in our test site, we added a few wordpress tooltips via wordpress tooltip plugin, then we created a few course and insert wordpress tooltip terms in these learnpress courses, we found when mouse hover tooltip terms in learnpress courses, wordpress tooltip window pop-up and it works well 🙂

I am not sure I understand the problem, would you please give us a URL and a few description to tell us how to find the problem on that URL, so we can do a check for you? 🙂
