I actually found the answer within another question in this forum. Fill out your customization info in the style section of tooltips pro first and click to update/save. Then choose customized in the top block on that same page and click to update/save. Every time you change anything in the style section you need to click update/save in both places. I chose the customized first and then changed the information in the Style box. Just think of the top section’s save button and the final save you need to make on that page every time.
