We just published the newest wordpress tooltips pro plugin version 3.3.2, in last version 3.2.8, we support show tooltips in excerpt, in new version 3.3.2, we expand the functionality to support:

1: support show tooltips in wordpress post tags too.
2: support show tooltips in wordpress post title too.
