Tooltips Pro+ Delaying Image Load

I noticed Tooltips Pro+ is causing a delay in my background image load time. As a result, it shows a bunch of tiled images before the text comes up.

When I deactived ToolTips Pro+, the issue was gone.

What setting in Tooltips Pro+ do I need to change to get rid of this problem?
