Tooltips not working on posts

Hi,

I’ve created a tooltip item and I can see it working great on pages, however its not working on posts. I thought perhaps it was just not working on post tags, so checked the settings to enable this, but i can see its also not working for content within the post itself.

Is there a setting i’ve missed? The content I’m referring to is post tags and a custom field within a post.
