Tooltips not working in Thimpress LearnPress

Hey support,

I was wondering if you could help me. My company is using your plugin for an internal e-learning platform. For this we are utilizing another plugin called LearnPress. After updating LearnPress, your plugin is no longer working inside the e-learning courses. Outside of it (we have a Knowledge Base attached) everything is working fine.

“Not working” means that all tooltips I included via Shortcodes are still seen (dotted lines under the words), but if you hover over it, nothing is popping up.

I already tried different global settings with your plugin (Z-Index Value, Hook Priority Value, J-Query Migrate…) but then the plugin wasn’t working outside of LearnPress as well 😀

I am using the plugin to give solutions/help for assignments in the courses. I am not able to use global glossary settings, because of this.

Can you help me fix this problem?

I am using Tooltips with LearnPress and starting from yesterday, it is exposing Elementor classes and IDs on blank part of a web page (where there should not be any texts displayed) like this:

a-elementor-type=”wp-post” data-elementor-id=”32″ class=”elementor elementor-32″ data-elementor-settings=”[]”>

We diwnloaded LeardPress and installed it in our test site, we added a few wordpress tooltips via wordpress tooltip plugin, then we created a few course and insert wordpress tooltip terms in these learnpress courses, we found when mouse hover tooltip terms in learnpress courses, wordpress tooltip window pop-up and it works well 🙂

I am not sure I understand the problem, would you please give us a URL and a few description to tell us how to find the problem on that URL, so we can do a check for you? 🙂
