Is it possible to place an order to upgrade from pro to pro plus version without paying the full price? i.e., paying $31.34 less $9.87.

Would you please:
1: download tooltips plus via https://tooltips.org/my-account/downloads/
2: login in your wordpress as admin, deactivate and delete the pro version in wordpress plugins panel
3: upload tooltips pro plus zip file and activate it
Then all things will works well 🙂
