Mouse scroll wheel – snail speed

WordPress Tooltips Pro Plus Plugin (Version 35.3.8) – on our pages with this activated the mouse wheel scrolls at a ridiculously slow pace, although the autoscroll and scrollbar grabbing and pulling moves at the right speed. When the plugin is disabled the mouse wheel functions correctly.

Hopefully a simple fix?
