Image tooltip popup from an image?

I’m trying to have an tooltip that has an image, popup when clicking on an image…is this possible?

Thanks for the question, sorry I am a little confuse about what you want? Are you want to show image in a tooltip when users mouse over a keyword? Or maybe are you want to show a tooltip when user mouse over a image? In the current both of above method is supported. But it seems maybe you are hope popup a image when user mouse over an image? If so our plugin do not support this method, could you please tell me more detailed requirement? Thank you very much!
