How can I include paragraph breaks?

How can I include paragraph breaks <p> in tooltips?
I’ve tried every possible way: <p> <br> <br /> <div style:”…>, etc.
When I try it, the pop-up does not appear (tooltip is not visible, only the text of the term appears in the front-end).

Fixed. Enter html code directly in the “text” tab of the classic editor.
With only the “return” key does not work.

Another way is to press Enter twice, in the visual editor.

You press Enter twice so there is a line, and you can see a blinking cursor at the start of the empty line.
