    Dear Support Team,

    I recently purchased the WordPress Tooltips Pro Plus Plugin (Version 35.3.8). Unfortunately, after installing it on my website, it causes a header error: the menu and footer layouts are altered, and the plugin does not work properly with the Salient theme.

    As I am unable to use the plugin in this condition, I kindly request a refund for my purchase.

    Not only the header, the mobile view is a complate mess…

    This plugin generated 418 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you encounter “headers already sent” messages, have problems with the feed, or experience other issues, try disabling or removing this plugin.
