Duplicate Tooltip Style

Hi,
Great plugin. Really enjoying it’s functionality.

How would I replicate the pop-up styling with a another plugin called Footnotes Made Easy?

I can get the basics right, but how to replicate the nice little arrow that appears within the border and how it can change position etc.?
