Customization not working

When I customize and choose customized as my style, my tooltips do not show up at all. They show up in the default setting and all other colors just not when I choose customized style. I have to customize these because they are too wide – they go off my page. I am using with a custom menu that I have put in the sidebar.

This is a little urgent as the client wishes to see his site on Tuesday AM. Thanks for any help you can give me.

I have exactly the same problem. I just purchased tooltips pro and am not happy that the default tooltip styles are so wide they go off the screen. Also, where is the “Detailed documentation”?

I actually found the answer within another question in this forum. Fill out your customization info in the style section of tooltips pro first and click to update/save. Then choose customized in the top block on that same page and click to update/save. Every time you change anything in the style section you need to click update/save in both places. I chose the customized first and then changed the information in the Style box. Just think of the top section’s save button and the final save you need to make on that page every time. Hope this helps.
