Bugs maybe – Problems

Hey, pro user here.

I am facing some problems.

a. Although i have lowered the border size and font content size, it still appear with my previous values within the site. I tried reset it but it doesn’t seems to work. What i can do?

b. Where is the css for dark style is stored? Maybe i can play with that while i having this problem.
