Border pointer arrow not matching border colour

I have a grey border but the arrow which links the tooltip box to the text string is thicker and black. Is it possible to match the border colour?

Sorry I am not sure I understand the question correctly or not, I will try my best to help you, in general, you can custom tooltip style by this way：
1: login wordpress as admin
2: in wordperss dashboard click tooltip menu item
3: click tooltip style sub-menu item
4: you will open tooltip style settings panel, in here you can customize tooltip elements include color, font, border, cursor…etc
If options in tooltip style not solve the issue, please tell us more, give us a URL which have the issue with a little text to help us find the problem, I will assign our developer to check it and help you solve it 🙂 Or maybe a screenshot is okay 🙂
