    Hi,

    I like your plugin but there’s not enough details in your documentation so I have a lots of questions…

    1- The first one is an issue that I have.  tooltips only works when I use one of the style you’ve made. It doesn’t work when I select  customize…..

    2- I use tooltips with nextgen gallery. The font size of each tooltip link became smaller.  I don’t talk about the text in the tooltip but the links. How can I fix it? This is an issue only with nextgen. Not when I have a link in a post.

    3- Also in Nextgen gallery each of my photos have a short title of 3 words where I want to have 2 different tooltips (one for each last name) and I want to see it on the same line.

    Example:   Richards vs Smith

    Actually it looks like that (when I add tooltips)..

    vs

    Smith

    So it doesn’t look good at all. How can I fix it?

    4. I saw that we can change the opacity of the tooltips but it’s not written anywhere how to change it?

    5. I’d like to use the “light tooltip style” but just change to change the tooltip box position. Is it possible?  Because the automatic positioning doesn’t work well on my site. I can’t see the tooltip completely here. Take a look:   http://sflvideos.com/uncategorized/test/

    6.  I saw that we’re supposed to be able to change the style of our links but I don’t see how in your documentation.  Because I dont want to see a dotted line. Is there other possibilites?

    Hi Stéphane,

    Thanks for the questions.

    After select Tooltip Style as “customized”, please remember click “update now” button at the right hand of the “Tooltip Style” select box, and then you can customize the style, if you did not click “update now” button, the customize will works. I guess the problrm is because you did not click the button, this is not issue, thanks.

    Our tooltips plugin will not change the font size of tooltip link, you can check full of the plugin, there are not anything related with font size, it is other things on your site make your issue, thanks.

    Sorry, I can not understand your question, could you please give me a URL?

    Thanks for this question, in the current time, our plugin did not support the feature of “opacity of the tooltips”…

    But I think your question is a good advice, I will try to add this feature in the next version, thanks.

    Hi Tomas,

    Ok about opacity, it’s written in the actual features here..

    Customize tooltip box: You can customization whole stylesheet in customization panel or css file easily, you can set any color, opacity, width, show method, hidden method…  for tooltip box.

    As you can see, my 2 link appear on 3 lines and I want it like all the others on the same page.

    Also as I said, you can see that the size of the font is reduced for the 2 links of the tooltips, it doesn’t happen for all my others pictures without link…..

    Ok for the font size, I found a way to fix it in nextgen gallery. So the main issue is the 3 lines instead of one

    Oh and in nextgen gallery I changed display: block for   inline-block and now it’s perfect 🙂

    About question 6    I changed in tooltips.php

     

    style=’border-bottom: 2px( dotted)  for none.  🙂

    Thanks for the reply, I had uploaded a new version of tooltip pro plugin, this version support customize opacity in customize control panel, please use 0.0.1 ~ 1 to setting your opacity, I had tested it on my servers, it works well, sorry for the trouble, it is a mistake of our team communication, if you find any more problem please tell us, we will solve it quickly, if you have any suggestion, please tell us, we will add them into next version too.

    Thanks for the message, Sorry for the delay of the reply, we was go into the city for donate money to the big earthquake in our country and just come back some hours before.

    About “Words with an apostrophe ‘ doesn’t work”
    We test it, it works well.
    We setting keyword as world’s love, content as we love wordpress, it works well, and then we setting keyword as we love wordpress, the content as world’s love, both keyword and the content in the tooltip popup box works well, so I do not understand why “Words with an apostrophe ‘ doesn’t work”? If you have any problem, if you give me URL and some detaild sample, I can understand it and fix any “bug”, thanks, have a happy weekend. 🙂

    It’s sad about the earthquake. I wish the best to everyone in your country.

    The issue with the apostrophe is only with nextgen gallery that’s why you haven’t seen this.

    For a test I wrote the name O’toole

    So as you can see, it works here: http://sflvideos.com/uncategorized/test/
