The problem solved, actually there are another may be reason that caused tooltips sometimes works in a page, and sometimes did not work on another page: our wordpress tooltip plugin followed wordpress standard to hook “the_content” API. if in your wordpress post, you using a 3rd plugin to generate content and if the 3rd plugin did not followed wordpress standard to return content to the “the_content” API hooks, then all of other plugins cannot get the correct content from that 3rd plugin, in this case, other plugins cannot works with it, include wordpress tooltip plugin. In this case, wordpress tooltip users need tell us the plugin name and we will do a check of their code, if the plugin have a hook, then may be we can hook their private API to add tooltips on their content, else you need use wordpress tooltip shortcode to add tooltip effect in this kind of content that generated by this kind of plugin 🙂
