Please note:

1: We found your developer added some strange codes in glosary page, these codes is not from our codes

we checked our codes carefully and we ensure these codes is not come from our side, you can see these codes is start with your language, and these customized codes caused conflicts in glossary page. It seems you have a few customized codes, we tried to check “Tooltips coder” panel in wordpress tooltip pro plugin, we did not find these customized codes, and we found you are using css here, then we tried check it and more plugins panel, but these codes is not come from these plugins,  we cannot understand how you generated these customized codes…, on our side,  as plugin author, we cannot change codes from your theme or your other plugins or your customized code, because once you upgrade your theme or plugins, these changes will lost, and — it is out of scope of our work, finally our developer tried to solve this on our plugin side, that’s why we developed a new version of wordpress tooltips pro version for you 🙂

2: We found in  wordpress glossary  settings panel, you set up the value of ” Glossary Term Font Color: ” and value of ” Background Color of Glossary Terms Title” as the same value: #1f2142 ,  by this kind of settings, actually you can not see the glossary term in the glosary table at all, your settings in glossary settings panel will not work at all, actually all style will be decided by your customized codes in the #1 at above:

3: After upgraded to the new version of wordpress tooltips pro plugin,  in glossary settings panel, please disable tooltips for the glossary term column, in the option “Enable Tooltip Effect on Left Term Column of Glossary Table”, please select disable tooltip to remove tooltips effect on glossary term column

4: Then please clear your site cache and browser cache, you will find your customized codes will works 🙂

Hi Dear users of  WordPress Tooltip Plugin, hope this message find you are doing well and having happy days with your family 🙂  We get a ticket from a wordpress tooltips pro plugin user, he told us he found the underline color cannot works well in his site:

Thank you for the reply. I was able to remove the black box under the gif the loads with help from the theme developer. The only thing now I’m having trouble some of the styles including  underline, font family, and color.

Our developer checked his site, then he found it is because his advanced wordpress theme break the wordpress tooltip style and functions, then our wordpress tooltips plugin developer checked codes of his wordpress advance theme (Enfold) and find the reason of conflicts, we have developed a new version to avoid the conflicts in our wordpress tooltip plugin side 🙂

That’s why we released WordPress Tooltips pro plugin, please upgrade to the latest wordpress tooltips plugin asap you can 🙂

Then our wordpress tooltip developer checked the error and we fixed this php notice error, and released wordpress tooltips 15.2.2, this problem effect wordpress tooltips pro plugin and wordpress tooltips pro plus plugin, please upgrade to the latest version of wordpress tooltip plugin asap you can 🙂

Hey Dear  WordPress Tooltip plugin users, hope this message find you are doing well and having happy days with your family 🙂  We found that we often encountered some strange tickets, some of which contained a thousand and one errors, and no matter how much our customer service staff tried to reproduce these errors, we found that the wordpress tooltip just worked fine. In this case, we will request wordpress tooltip users share their set up or tooltip terms with us, so we can re-play their settings and import wordpress tooltip terms to our development platform, to check more, so how to share your tooltip terms with our wordpress tooltip customer service staff? So we can check the problem for you and help  you better? In general, our suggestion like this:

How to Share Your Tooltip Terms with WordPress Tooltip Customer Service Staff?

1: Login your wordpress site as admin

2: In wordpress dashboard, click “Tooltips” menu item

3: Click “Tooltip Style” sub menu item

4: You will open wordpress tooltip style settings panel, please make a screenshot of your settings, in general, the screenshot should looks like this:

5: click “Global Settings” panel, and make a screenshot, it looks like this:

6: then click “Optional Settings” sub menu item, then make a screenshot too, it should looks like this:

7: write to our support, or just click “Submit Ticket” menu item in top menu bar in our wordpress tooltip plugin site, we will tell you how to share the screenshots with us.

8: with steps #1 to #7, you can make screenshot of wordpress tooltip plugin easly, then may be wordpress tooltip support will request export tooltip terms with us, so we can import your tooltip terms in our site and do a check for you, to ensure what’s the reason that caused the problrm

9: click “Export Tooltips” sub menu item, it looks like this:

10: As you can see, there are “Export” button in the settings panel, just click the export button, and you can download wordpress tooltip terms as a csv file which named export.csv file, in this wordpress tooltip csv file,  we will export all wordpress tooltip terms and wordpress tooltip content in this  csv file, just write to our wordperss tooltip support, we will tell you how to share this tooltip export csv file with us 🙂

Please note:
#1 In EXPORT.csv, there are two fields, “tooltips term” and “tooltips content”, title of tooltips will be exported as “tooltips term”, and content of tooltips will be exported as “tooltips content”.
#2 We just export tooltips term and tooltips content automatically, related settings of tooltips will not be exported

So basically, what you need to do is just a few mouse click, and share these screenshot or csv file with us, on our side, once we received your wordpress tooltip screenshot or wordpress tooltip csv file, we will build a development platform to copy your settings and import your tooltip terms to re-play problems on your side 🙂

In general, we found many of these problems is not caused by wordpress tooltip plugin 🙂
