Tooltips Pro on Mobile

I found installed tooltip plugin at last year and it works well, I guess maybe some updates in your site caused the problem, in general, this may caused by a cache plugin or mobile optimize plugin or an option in your theme which compress js codes…etc, would you please try:

1: login wordpress site

2: install a wordpress full backup plugin for example all in one migrate, and do a full back for your wordpress, so your site will in zero risk always

3: click tooltips menu in your wordpress dashboard, and then click global settings sub menu

4: in global settings panel, please check each options, for example, please remember to enable tooltips for mobile devices, then try to enable jquery migrate, try to load tooltips js in wordpress footer, if it not works, please try to load tooltips js in wordpress header

5: If this not works, then please try to disable cache or mobile optimize plugin, in your theme option, check something like compress js or cache…etc, deactivate it, clear your browser cache, and check it again
