Hi, Dear WordPress Tooltip plugin users, hope this message find you are doing well and have happy weekend with your family 🙂 We are very happy to report to you, we just released a new wordpress tooltip pro plus version — 16.8.8 🙂
We got a ticket which submitted from a wordpress tooltip user, in which he told us that in his wordpress post, he can see the tooltip underline under tooltip term in wordpress post, but there are no tooltip popup window with tooltip ctonent, we was think this is caused by a cache plugin, but after checked his front page carefully, we found a few javascript errors, it is strange, we requested the amazing user export tooltips terms, and we built a development platform to check it carefully, finally, we found in his tooltip terms, there are a few things should not generated by wordpress tooltip editors, he use other system to created these terms and imported into wordpress tooltip with other import tools 🙂
Our wordpress tooltip developer checked each term carefully, and re-developed the wordpress tooltips pro plus to support with these error format 🙂 If you find this kind of problem, you can:
1: login wordpress as admin
2: click tooltips menu item
3: click optional settings panel
4: in the option “Enable or Disable WPautoP function and Related Functions in Backend”, select enable WPautoP and related functions
