Hi dear WordPress Tooltip plugin users, hope you are doing well and have happy day with your family 🙂 Our wordpress tooltip plugin developer just released a new version — wordpress tooltips pro plugin 15.0.8 and wordpress tooltips pro plus plugin 15.0.8, fixed a strange problem — some users will create a wordpress tooltip term with null(empty) title, that caused a few strange errors:

Our wordpress tooltip developer checked it, we think may be this problem come from something existed in the tooltip content in his site, so we request the user:
1: login wordpress site
2: click tooltips menu iem
3: click export tooltip sub menu item
4: export tooltip terms and content and share it with us
So we can import these tooltip terms and do a check of the problem,then the user replied quickly:
I exported and shared the tooltip csv file with your dropbox account
This is the URL, just in caseThe copied tooltip term works fine on your site, so I think it might
be a problem with other plugins.
I wrote the plugins list down below that was activated on my website.
If you don’t mind, could you check if there is a plugin that could be
caused a problem?
Then we downloaded the exported tooltip terms and built a development platform to import tooltip terms to re-play the problem — We found there are more than 1,000 tooltip terms… 🙂
Our developer checked each tooltip term carefully, it is crazy to check more than 1000 tooltip terms, after a hard work, he found a tooltip record did not have a tooltip title, he did many tests and ensure this problem caused the issue, then he developed wordpress tooltips pro 15.0.8 to solve this kind of problem, and it works well in our site 🙂
This change will effect mainly tooltips module and glossary module and all tooltips shortcode, and wordpress tooltip widget 🙂
