adding custom field

Hi

I would like to add additional content below the tooltip. I will be using a custom field.
I am unable to figure out where to put code to make it show after the tooltip.

I know this is custom and out of the range of what support will help me with, so in the interest of simplicity, can you tell me where to put “some text” in tooltips.php (rough line number) in order for it to show up after the tooltip content? Like this:
