We received an amazing wordpress tooltip plugin user’s ticket, in the ticket, he reported a problem:
On the settings, each time I save the settings it keeps asking me to fill in the same number (see on the attached). I put in 0 and save. Then the next time I need to change some settings, the 0 is gone and I have to keep putting it in again and again.
Is this something you can fix in the plugin?
We did a check, and we understand what he mean is in the wordpress tooltip style settings panel, we have a few required fields, every time when users set up style of wordpress tooltips, they need filled all values of required fields, we checked the wordpress tooltip style field ” Delay the Execution of Tooltip Function” and “Delay Pop-up Like Wikipedia”, we do think users do not need to enter fields in these fields value every time, because default value is 0 milliseconds, that means by default, there are no delay milliseconds for tooltip pop up box, we have re-developed our wordpress tooltip plugin, users do not need enter the value for the tooltip style field “Delay the Execution of Tooltip Function” and “Delay Pop-up Like Wikipedia” 🙂
